MATERIAL: FULLY BODY IVORY+PRINTER+CRYSTAL GLASS

  DESCRIPTION：3D crystal glass, with bright and glossy surface, the same hardness as the tempered glass, scratch-resistant and waterproof. Both interior and exterior are available, such as the floor and the swimming pool and so on.

 

RODUCTION PROCESS：

1 Cutting the tiles

2 Scrubing

3 Washing the tiles

4 Primer spray

5 Affixing protective film

6 Printting

7 Compound the glass

8 Deburring

9 Packing

1、 Cutting the tiles：Cutting the tiles following the customer sizes

2、 Scrubing：Use frosting process to treat glossy tile surface , roughen it’s surface, to absorb the glazed well

3、 Washing the tiles：Washing the tiles after scrubing, make the tiles clear

 

4 、Primer spray：The Primer make the colors and the glazed  binding property

5、Affixing protective film：Protecting the surface

6、 Printting：Printting the colorful designs on the tiles surface

7、 Compound the glass：Compunding the glass on the tiles surface

8、Deburring：Make the edges and corners smooth

9、Packing：workers will pack the tiles well after checking each piece is ok.
